REQUIREMENTS

– High level of English spoken & written
– Enjoying to travel
– Be extremely organized and punctual- this is crucial
– Good admin skills and people skills and paying attention to details
– Great communication skills
– French or Spanish is a plus
– Knowledge of Ibiza, Mallorca, and Marbella is a plus.

 

TASKS

YOU WILL DO

– Give back-office support to the Head of Concierge
– Update services, prices, and suppliers in our CRM system
– Revise documentation
– Help to find new suppliers for different destinations
– Research for potential new services in different destinations
– Attend our week
